San Miguel Tulsa strives to break the cycle of poverty in San Miguel families by providing a holistic education that empowers and energizes every graduate of San Miguel Tulsa to graduate from high school and college becoming a productive member of the community.
why we exist
San Miguel Tulsa exists to serve the Tulsa community by providing an educational solution for families in poverty. With a San Miguel Tulsa education, approximately 90% of our students graduate high school and enter college or a productive work life. This compares to 75% nation-wide and 76% for Tulsa Public Schools. Without a high school education, many would be at risk to fall into a life of poverty and incarceration which can cost the community over $18,000 per year.
Student & parent expectations
San Miguel Tulsa requires the parents of every enrollee to sign an agreement to participate in their students' education by following the policies and procedures of the school and those required by each teacher or staff member.
