The School San Miguel is a coed, Catholic middle school serving students in grades 6th, 7th, and 8th. Each grade consists of not more then twenty-four students, with two classes of students per grade. Students are tested upon arrival at San Miguel and again in the spring of each year. Many of the students entering San Miguel are several academic years behind in their subjects, especially reading, and are also lacking in enrichment experiences and self-esteem. With the one-on-one model of San Miguel Schools, students become excited about learning and set higher goals and dreams for their lives. Without such an educational model, these students most often fall through the cracks, drop out of school, become discouraged, and make poor choices with their lives that often lead to drugs, gangs, and worse. Exposed to the positive force of a solid education and encouragement from San Miguel, and the commitment of their families, these same children become empowered to reach for the stars and to brighten their own lives as well as others within their community. They become the leaders and examples for others to succeed.
School Calendar San Miguel operates on an extended year calendar.
Nutrition Program San Miguel provides breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack for students. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 7:50 am each day. Lunch and snack times vary depending on the day of the week.

Parent/Guardian Involvement Parental/guardian involvement is central to our educational model. Parents/Guardians commit to being actively involved in their child’s education. This involvement entails serving on their child’s learning team, volunteering at the school, helping their child with homework, structuring homework time after school hours, and attending conferences and school events.
Tuition San Miguel Tulsa is a non-tuition driven school. Families are asked to pay approximately $30-$50 a month as an investment in their child’s educational needs. Students, however, will never be denied access to San Miguel or asked to leave San Miguel if the family cannot afford the monthly fee (the actual amount will be negotiated between the Principal and the family).
Eligibility Guidelines Admission to San Miguel is based on economic and educational need.
